Hey there....somebody told me about a software called MELODYNE! does anyone knows it?it was said to me that with this software i can transform audio in midi....
my ideia is to transform a wave of a kick to midi event and then import it to nuendo as a midi file and associate it to a vst intrument that i have for drums!
is it possible this??

Yes, it is possible. The midi file will contain all the pitches and its changes. and this could be easily used on a vsti.

Melodyne is pretty sweet. It basicly analyzes an audio file, and then lets you do stuff to the audio, like export as midi, or correct/change the pitch.
