mbox and ilok

i just bought an mbox 2. is this supposed to come with an ilok? i would inquire over on digi's site, but i cannot seem to login for some reason. the manual says on pg 19

"to use protools le and mbox 2 you must have an ilok with an authorization for pro tools le. one preauthorized ilok is included with the mbox 2 package"


i certainl do not see an ilok included. do i have to order it?
 
I only have the mbox 1 and 002R, so I could be wrong about this, but I thought Protools LE does not require an ilok, like TDM/HD or M-powered. A stock mbox1 does NOT come with an ilok, but if you get the factory bundle it does, since the factory plugs are authorized that way.
 
I have the Mbox2, and Protools LE works fine without the ilok. But there are some plug ins that won't work without it. I think they cost around $40.
