Remember, there are other options. One thing about the M Box2 (with mine) is that phantom power doesn't work, engaging it disconnects PTLE. There is an issue with Mac Powerbook G4's, so I'd make sure its compat before I'd sink money into somthing you cannot return. Once you open that software, good chance the retailer will deny a return. fwiw.

its cool for beginners..definitely..its a very personal piece like i said..don't expect that big studio sound out of it though..but if its for some sketch ideas, and you are now beginning to get ur hands wet with PT....it CAN do well..I would still recommend the Mbox2 over it though..

At least when u want more features it will be there waiting for u
