Is there a quick link or reference to the VU meter bulbs for Tascam mixers?... the solder-in type? Are they still available? I figure as long as I'm doing component repair, I might as well pop a few bulbs in. Smart ass types save yourselves the effort in telling me to use the "search" functions.

Also, I know there is an LED upgrade to this problem detailed here on the board's archives, but I'm not sure I'm in upgrade mode yet rather than quick-to-fix mode. I've been attempting to sell off some gear, and didn't anticipate any remedial repairs in the process, but I think I got that situation handed to me despite myself!

If they are 6V. then; AL-6 - MAT Electronics

If they are 12 or 8 then; Dynamic Technology Group

The last Tascam VU meter bulb I dealt with was the fuse type bulb, and I think it was 8V. I could not find any, having been just previously sold out, so I bought a buttload of 12V bulbs... that I never used, so go figure. I haven't checked, but I'd assume the bulbs I need are also 8V,... presuming also they are the same as on the M308.
