Literally don't worry about it. Compromising for a single format means compromising for all other formats. Make a great mix and master and it will work on earbuds and everything else.
The exception to that approach is when you have a panned low frequency source. Applying a filter to center frequencies below 300Hz will help a lot in earbuds and not really hurt in speakers. It's worth doing.
