Marshall JCM900 Reverb

hey guys, i just got a beautiful vintage jcm900 half stack, its 100 watt, dual reverb model. one question.

i got a footswitch with it. one button. clean to dirty. when i use the switch, the reverb does not go into efect on either channels. if i was to get a footswitch with 2 buttons, one for reverb, would it adapt to my jcm900 and switch the reverb on and off?

It's prolly not the right footswitch. It sounds like there should be a dual button footswitch.

I had a 900 and it came with the dual footswitch an it worked perfectly.

You just need to get a marshall two button footswitch. It shouldn't be too expensive.

alright thanks guys, yeah i found those dual footswitches, theyre like 25 round here,

lol fucker that i bought the amp from gave me a piece of shit roland 1 button switch thats like plastic. o well

You can use that on some delay dedals as a tap. Keep it around, it might come in handy. I have one.
