Are you serious? What kind of cables? I've made many a cable if you need any help. Seriously, it's not that hard.
Now if you are asking about 25 pin Dsubs or 50 pin Elco's I can understand. But it's still fairly straightforward.

Pin#2 is hot, Pin#1 is ground, Pin#3 is low. It says which pin is which in really small letters on the XLR connector. If you have 2 wire shielded cable, unravel the shield, twist it up. Thats your ground pin#1 white will be hot( if you like) and black will be low.
