OK i need to make a cd with my songs, but i want it to be continuous.Do i have to put all my songs in cubase for example, and then export it to audio as one song and then seperate the tracks in the cd somehow? Do i require a specific program for this? Is there another way?

You need a PQ editor - CD Architect, WaveLab, Samplitude, etc.

I dont know what type of burner you have or what kind of computer but on my mac with program toast i can simple se the pause between tracks to be 0 sec and it just keeps playing straight through. I would suggest seeing if you burner has that option. -Jingleheimer-

There is one more variable you have to nail down as to the DESIGN of your CD.

We know you want it to play through continuously with no gaps between the tracks.

Now you need to decide if you want individual track starts still directly accessible using the CD player track location mechanism or not.

I thought this was usually an option at burn time. NO GAP or ZERO seconds between songs.

With Nero, for example, this option can be set for the whole CD, or track-by-track. I have used the no gap option when I dubbed a live cassette into individual songs, then burned. When playing back CD, it flows like original cassette.

TIP. When I dub cassettes (analog) to the PC, I might miss the ending of a song. No worries. Just let it continue and stop at the end of the next song.
Then, open the double song in a WAV Editor. Cut the second song and Paste into a new song. Save both. That easy.
