i like the Sigur Ros albums - its difficult to tell where there songs start and end... but i think thats mainly because they're all in some scandinavian language, and i can't tell one lyric from the next really clever music actually...

Illinoise! Definitely my current favorite album. Also, they put on probably the best live show I've ever seen.

aeroplane over the sea by neutral milk hotel has some good transitions, so does on avery island. in aeroplane if i hear the songs out of order at all it doesnt seem right to me anymore.
