I mix in ProTools LE then bounce my songs to disk and burn onto a CD using I-Tunes. How can I make one track flow seamlessly into another using this method. Or do I have to use a different method

p.s. also if I'm recording and mixing at 96k, 24bit, how do I keep the most quality of audio when I put it on a CD thats only 44.1, 16bit?

Well that's the hitch, you must burn in 16bit and you will loose some quality. I use a 4 band eq on the master fader and pump the highs a little bit. It seems to take some of that low grumble out and put back the punchiness you loose in the bounce.

As far as one seemless track, you've got me. My guess is that its a post production thing since you have to close one session to open another.
