Mackie Website Help? Please help me confirm it's not just my ISP

Hi all, Need help if you have a moment. I'm having general responsiveness problems w/ Mackie's website for several days now. Can you guys tell me if you can get this link to the Mackie M1400i owners manual to download from the Mackie website? (I'm trying to find out if it's my ISP or my computer)

I've tried several days in a row and can never get this to download all the way. It starts the download and then stops partway through. I can't find any other links to it on the web. I have considerable responsiveness issues from the Mackie site in general.

Confirmation either way is appreciated - Is it just me - or is it Mackie's website? thanks,
 
I read on another forum that the Mackie forums are down, and the whole site was down briefly. PM me your email address and I may be able to help.
