I cannot get the MR8 to see the tracks after I have put the on the CF flash via USB. When I put the CF card in the reader it sees the files, but it wont play them on the MR 8.

Any suggestions?

The files have to be named with specific titles. They all must begin with TR and end with a number (the numbers correspond with track numbers - i.e. TR08.wav, etc.). At least that's what the manual says. I have noticed however, that the file names created by the MR-8 begin with mr8...

Don´t copy direct

Hello,
I read here some people copy the wav files direct to the MR-8 or the CF card. This is the wrong way and bring you problems. Use the "wavmanager program" from Fostex this will solve a lot of problems. If you read the files direct, your software have to know how to handle the *.adl file.
