M box 2 problem!

My m box 2 got unplugged then i plugged it back in an Pro Tools cannot find the hardware. The lights are on on the M Box but when Pro Tools Loads it says it cannot find the hardware. i restarted my computer all that. i need some help . thanks

Trash the prefs etc.

Is it going through a USB hub? If so connect it directly to the computer instead.

Try unplugging every USB device that you do not need. Leaving (presumably) just the keyboard, mouse and Mbox 2.

Do you have any applications open at the same time using the wave/asio or core audio driver? If so shut them and reopen Pro Tools.

Can the operating system see the Mbox 2?

You need to move the driver and reload it
