M-Audio

The MIDI controller seems like it is alright. But I've never seen anyone ever use an M-Audio Mic before, but that doesn't mean it is bad.

just got it

I bought this set online so that I could get the software too and I have to say the vocals sound wonderful for a usb mic. I used it for two songs in garageband and they came out great as long as the recording level was at about 33%. However this mic was made for vocals, and I think it's worth the money. I wouldn't expect the controller to be anything less.

That MIDI controller doesn't have many control knobs or faders on it. That would bother me. My M-Audio (Evolution) controller has a bunch of knobs and faders, and I would want to have a few.

I have/had both those products. Keyboard is fine but lacks any velocity control. It does get kind of annoying. The mic is nice I suppose. I got mine for $60 on woot.com and I used it for Skype for awhile until I sold it to my cousin for video game voice overs. For podcasting type of work it is a nice microphone but it didn't sound to nice on my acoustic guitar. It is clearly suited for more vocals. If you really want a USB mic, look at the Audio Technica AT2020. IMO, its a better mic and its actually less expensive.

The MIDI keyboard should be fine. It depends what you want from it and what you're looking to do.

And software is the full version or limited for that money i think it is not :-)

The software is usually limited.
I've never gotten anything usable from M-Audios free software.
