I posted a rant about how slow M-Audio repair support was so I thought I'd give an update.

It took a while, 4 weeks (shipping back and forth), but I finally got my Delta 1010 back yesterday from M-Audio. They repaired the unit for free and shipped it back to me for free.

Here's the kicker...

I bought the unit used with an aftermarket powersupply. When they shipped it back they send me an M-Audio powersupply...


FREE !!!

That's good to hear!

I'm a 1010 guy myself so I feel good that they are taking care of people.
 
What happened to yours? I know my 1010 shuts off after being on for a few hours. They said they think it's a power supply issue.
