M-Audio Revo. and Delta 1010-LT

Is it possible to simultaneously use an M-Audio Revolution and an M-Audio Delta 1010-LT? The M-Audio Revo. would be used for coax digital output for DVD's and the 1010-LT would be used for recording. Also, if at all possible will it be possible to use the S/PDIF output on both cards at the same time, but with each outputting different things. (ie. MP3's and digital surround)? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
