"M-audio pro-tools recording studio" Interface, any good?

M-Audio Pro Tools Recording Studio | DV247

I was looking at purchasing this for my laptop, so I could record when I'm not at home.
I just want a decent quality interface really, as the onboard sound on my laptop is terrible ;P
I'm not too fussed about the whole 'pro-tools' thing as I've never used it before, but if it's sweet I'd consider that a bonus.
I normally use SONAR.

So would this be a good deal?

I was also looking at some M-audio studiophile AV 40 monitors to go with this set-up. Any opinions on them?

I'm using the AV 40 monitors and have no complaints with them.

I don't believe that particular interface you're looking at has phantom power to power a condensor mic. It may be an issue down the road.
