M-Audio DX4 vs. Studiopro 4

I've been researching sub-$300 active monitors, and I was wondering if anyone knew what the difference between these two m-audio monitors was. They look almost identical, and they seem to have identical specs except that the DX4 takes TRS as well as RCA inputs. Is there any actual difference in the speakers, or is it just cosmetic?

Also, if anyone has any comments on the quality of these monitors vs. say the Yamaha MSP3 or other small active monitors in this (limited, i know) price range, let me know.
