Is there any difference in the sound quality of the DMP3 (200$) and the Audio Buddy (130$?) Is there any reason I should choose the DMP3 over the Audio Buddy? Thanks.

It also provides full 48v phantom power, whereas the Audio Buddy does not. The metering on the DMP3 is much better too.

I know, Gidge. But I'll be running either SP C4's or Røde NT5's through it, and I believe both sets could work well with a lot less than 48V.Gidge said:speed-dude, keep in mind that the Audio buddy has phantom power issues....
