I've used the SP5B with good results for 2 years or so. They will lead to too much bass in your mix without help on the low end with a sub...at least till you get the feel of them. Otherwise, they seem to be very accurate. Remember, good monitors don't color the sound, they accurately reproduce it. Learning how to mix well for different types of audio systems by learning the monitors you use is where experience and experimenting pays off.
