Looking for monitors

I am looking for a cheap pair of monitors......and i mean really cheap( $200-$275).......does anyone know what brand would be the best in that price range?? And should i buy them new? or get a better used pair for that much? thanks guys

I'd have to say Wharfedale Diamond Pro's. Deepwater in the forums here sells them. Do a search here and you'll find posts about these speakers.
