looking for cable for Fostex G16S

Hi,
I have a Fostex G16S reel to reel 16 track, and I'm looking for the elusive remote cable (to operate the transport from approx 5 feet away). I believe it's a 12 pin cable.
If I can't find the cable still, I've thought of making my own, if I can somehow find the correct type of connectors. Does anyone know if this type of connector is available through a parts supplier, etc? I've done quite a bit of looking, but I haven't found any yet.

Try posting this in Analog Only. I don't own the G16 (have a 80 and A-8) and the Tascam competitor. I'm guessing they would be similar IDC connectors, you could find at Mouser/DigiKey or a local electronics supply house. Do you have the service manual? You will need that for the pinouts.
