I'm looking for a nice high quality audio interface that can take line level signals from my preamp well. I use a Groove Tubes ViPre preamp, so I am looking for an audio interface that will not color my sound with cheap preamps, best no preamps at all. XLR inputs would be nice. Prefer something that is at least 24 bit, with firewire outputs. Something that will link with either Reaper or Logic 9. I was looking at either the Echo AudioFire2 or Echo AudioFire12. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks all.
