Looking for a simple but good sounding interface.

I haven't done anything like this in forever. I wanted to get back to recording some music in my spare time, possibly do some covers to throw up on youtube and do some video along with it. I'm looking for a simple interface I can use along with Reaper, to record acoustic guitar, sequenced drums, and other instruments.. It needs to be phantom powered. I'm wanting something somewhat inexpensive if possible. Needs to also have at least 1 XLR input, and at least 1 1/4" input. don't really care about onboard fx and stuff, as I do all those in Reaper.

I don't know whats new or what everyone uses now its been so long.

Hi!

For simple....I'm using an M-Audio Fast Track II. Has exactly what you describe. One XLR (with phantom power) and one 1/4" jack. Simple, no frills and it works.
