hmm... i had a Z mega bell (8")--- the old kind, with the star-shaped hammering like this POS.

sounded like.... an anvil. or maybe a lug wrench--- when you drop it on the concrete.
i realized that i truly hated that heavy POS, and sold it for half of what i paid. those were 90's dollars, too (went a helluva lot further than they do now).
still, it would definitely meet your criteria.

no, that looks like a big ole chunk missing--with the white of the rack tom showing through from underneath.

nothing says punk rock like a busted Z crash.
