Scrambled audio

Hi everyone new here so forgive 0 me if I'm posting in the wrong place. I have a digital audio file. It's 4 minutes long and it was recorded on a mini voice recorder and I know that there's audio on it because when I've tried to normalize it it comes up looking different. I was wondering if anyone would take a look at it for me to see if I can get it unscrambled?

I’m not sure what you are looking for - the Sound.MP3 is short tone and it’s there - the Transition K Hole.MP3 is a short musical piece and it’s
there as well - are you not hearing it on your system? Or is there suppose to be a different sort of music on both?
