There are adjustment screws on the back of the bridge posts for adjusting intonation, which is what I think you're talking about. PRS uses a compensated bridge and nut, also, so the intonation on this thing is killer dead on. You have to consider that PRS guitars were designed from the ground up with the 25" scale length and they created all their parts to work perfectly. Its not like a Strat where there are lots of different things floating around there that will fit. Or, for that matter, one of the many PRS coipies out there now. For these, there is one part, and it works just like it should. It was part of the design.
