Logic Audio stuuttttteerrring
I am using Logic Audio Delta 4.8.1. I am recording 4 channels at the same time with my M-Audio Quattro into my laptop (800 Mhz, 256 MB Ram). I have the latest ASIO drivers. I am not running any other programs simultaneously nor am I using any other USB ports besides the one that the Quattro occupies.
The latency time is set at Medium. And I am recording at a lowly 16 bit.
All channels are recording but all of them stutter. This happens if I only record one channel at a time as well. It kind of sounds like a strange reggae dubish type echo when I play back the snare track. Kind of cool but I am not going for that sound. No effects are being used so it's not a delay that I mistakenly inserted. Also, I can record 2 tracks at a time without any probem in Vegas Pro using the MME drivers.
Anyone ever experience this problem with Logic?
