Locking two DAW's together

i have a tascam 2488 24 track and a korg 32 track DAW
how can i LOCK them up so they are insync together?

what are some tips and tricks i can do to make them in sync together please?

i was thinking instead of using midi or workclock is to just record the drum machine on BOTH RECORDS and then press start on both machines until they are insync together

you just record the drum machine dual mono but split it to the TWO MACHINES

Yeah im going through the same problem i have a vs 880 and a roland cdx disclab and i want to record vocals on the dics lab and the drums on the vs but for some reason i cant get them to sync together right it seems like the vs plays a second to late . How can i conqer this problem.
