Moving house and need to sell a few bits because I own too much stuff! I really can't be bothered with Ebay so anything I can sell privately saves me going elsewhere. I've bought and sold through HR.com before so you know I'm one of the good guys
I can provide pictures and will double-check any details, PM me for info. Prices are excluding P&P and I can meet people if they live anywhere in my vicinity.
Here's what I've got, I'm not desperate to sell so don't take the mick, but I AM open to offers .......
- Event 20/20 monitors - passives. Still superb and highly recommended by more than one respected user of this site. Very good condition - one or two minor scuffs and a couple of small screw holes in the bottoms from where they've been mounted on stands. £200.
- Squier Tele Custom - you know, the black one with the maple neck, two humbuckers, four knobs and a three-way switch. No fret wear, no dings to the best of my knowledge, some pick marks to scratchplate below strings (this is about the only thing that gives away that it's been played). £110.
- SE Electronics SE2200 condenser - the original one with the black body and silver head. Used probably less than 20 times, always stored in case, smoke-free home. Hard case, shockmount. These cost £150 at one point ... make me an offer.
- Neutrik balanced patchbay - Got a couple of these and only ever needed one. Still have box and might even have a blank label strip, though not certain. Cost £90, make me an offer.
- Hughes & Kettner Warp Factor pedal x2 - Awesome modern metal pedal, terrifying gain and great for making a combo sound huge. Got a couple of brand new unused ones with European power supplies (H&K changed distributor a while back and there were some oddments that the old company had to get rid of) ... pick up an adaptor for about £1 on Ebay and you'll be away. I have one but it's proven to be bomb-proof so I don't need the spares I bought. Some places still selling these for £90, make me an offer (not looking for anything like that much).
- J&D Les Paul-type - Top of their range. I upgraded this with a couple of Dimarzio PAF Pros, one black, one zebra. Great neck to play and really good versatile tones, used for everything. Very striking quilt top. One or two small dings, nothing visible from the front. These sell for £400 in my experience, I still have the original scratchplate somewhere but not the original pickups, so it's Dimarzios or nowt. Again, not looking for huge money but don't take the mick!
- Marshall Jackhammer and Guv'nor - Current models. Got one of each, don't use either, never gigged either, but like a plank have thrown away boxes. Had them mounted on a velcro pedal board so the screw from the battery cover may be missing. Essentially brand new and unused, just without the trimmings. £20 each I reckon.
- Wharfedale Diamond III speakers - Nice compact passives made in Yorkshire in the UK back in the good old days. No clue what they're worth, you tell me what they're worth to you.
- Yamaha i88x firewire interface - Part of a sort of group buy that was never quite finished, I have one unopened i88x sat around doing nothing. Use one myself, very cool interface and the bundled plugins are ace ... has a USA power supply but will run off a standard Yamaha keyboard adaptor (the one they use for their larger keyboards) or I got a voltage converter thingy from Ebay for just over a fiver. I am already out of pocket on this and they still retail for between about £550 and £830 .... I'm going to need £250 plus P&P to let it go and you'll get a bargain with AD/DA converters and preamps worth loads more.
Get in touch if you fancy anything!
