little plywood, rock wool, glasswool, and fabric.?

Hey guys ! I have read over some room treatment, how sound works threads and I am in need of some treatments .

I read it quite often that treatments can be made with a little plywood rock wool / glass wool and fabric ... How ?

OK that felt dumb , but I really am curious as to what kind of treatment this is and just how to put it together... Thanks again for the direction .

My room is smaller than I thought its about 8 x 12

Do a youtube search on 'how to build a bass trap', you'll find all the info you need. A similar search here will also get you info and more links.
Basically: build a frame, put rockwool in it, cover with cloth.
