Yeah, but the RNC is pretty clean, the Red compressor almost dirties the sound up, in a tasty kind of way that I like, a LOT, on vocals. Its like it has some big iron in it or something. Check one out if you ever get a chance. Gonna try to listen to this again.

I appreciate the complimants. Not everyday, you come across technical advancements in the area of microphones for such a damn good price.

There are other mics, along the same price line that can not compare to a C1. Hopefully, the T3 will blow my socks off. As soon as I can get my hands on a T3, and time permitting, I'll post another song.

Paired with a TLM103, the RED pre and compressor were fabulous. There is this wonderful creaminess that it imparts on the sound, and I like it mucho. I'd love to find that same color of sound for a good price, but have you seen the price of the Red compressor? Kinda pricey.....
