Hi guys, this is not a complaint, and I wouldn't be starting a public thread about if I knew who it is that owns the site. I just can't remember who's site it is that posts here. Maybe anyone can help me. I'm trying to upload an MP3 to LIGHNINGMP3.com and after trying to upload it for a few minutes, I get this message:
"The file you attempted to upload is not recognized as an mp3 file
Please upload only mp3 files. Type attempted: audio/mp3
".

So, judging by the last sentence, it recognises that I'm uploading an MP3. Which makes the first sentence not make sense to me.

Can the reason be that it's a 320kps file? Does it have to 128? It's only 9000kb, so I know I'm not exceeding the 16mg limit.

I'm sure once I find out who's site it is, I'll kick myself for forgetting, but in the meantime I just want to say thank you for allowing us to use your site to upload our music, this certainly isn't a complaint.

RAMI, I have uploaded 320kps mp3's to Gunnar's site without any problems. You may want to look at how you encoded it and maybe try to encode it again and upload it after that.
