Lexicon Dual FX Card - for PCM80

I'm thinking of picking one of these up, but I'm not 100% sure what it does.

Anyone use this before?
Can you explain in layman's terms what is the purpose of this card?
What are the benefits?

The description on the web site is a bit technical for my little brain (lol).

It is an expansion card for the lexicon PCM80. It includes "new algorithms".
Basicly more and new reverb sounds for your existing unit.

The main difference is the addition of a mixer and router, where the reverb blocks and delay voices/pitch/pan/filtering functions can be handled as separate sections. The two can be in any sequence, series, parallel, blended, delays on one send, verb on another. It adds quiet a bit of flexibility. And of course a set of patches.
