oh and also.........i hope this isn't percieved as spam.........i have nothing to do with this company.
music machine in kennewick, washington is having a pretty big sale on gibson stuff right now.
http://guitarsale.com/frontend/Category.aspx?CategoryID=86
that's the link to their supremes........the prices on there aren't the selling prices right now. you'll have to call them, but i think the price will be a couple hundred cheaper than the normal selling price.
i just bought a stinger series
cs356 with a special color and a 59 instead of 60's neck for just under 3 grand........it was their last one and i was quoted like 3200 as a discounted price about a month before the sale.
i'm just saying that you might want to check them out.........or maybe not i dunno......that's a lot of money to spend on a guitar having never played it.
but i know they sell really expensive guitars to people all over the world,s o maybe that's not that much money to spend on a guitar having never played it. they've actually had people fly in from japan and a couple other countries to see guitars.
i guess i have an advantage since i live here.
if you were interested in buying from there, this might be a weird idea, but i could go in and compare all of them with my friend that works there and pick the best one if you wanted.
