You are welkom Nicole. Sorry the links didn't prove to be fruitful, but I haven't given up yet.

No one has ever given me a musical instrument gift for any reason....let alone a guitar !!! Savour it slowly and flaunt it girl...flaunt it. :D

The Gibson Les Paul Goddess is a guitar that is slightly slimmer, and “weight relieved,” but which is also capable of delivering that classic Gibson Les Paul tone. A typical Les Paul Standard weighs in at approximately 9 pounds, while the average Les Paul Goddess weights a mere 7 pounds. That might not seem like much of a difference at first, but it is about 22% less heavy, and if you had a guitar strapped around your back for a couple of hours of performing, you would in all probability feel grateful for any extra reduction in weight. Like a traditional Les Paul Standard, the body and neck of the Les Paul Goddess is made with a Mahogany neck and body, with a nicely figured Maple top. However, to insure that this would be a light weight guitar, the craftsmen at the Gibson factory painstakingly sort through every piece of wood as it is delivered to be assured that they have identified the lightest pieces of Mahogany and Maple. As any of you who have worked with wood know, every cut of wood, even from the same species of tree, is different in weight based on various factors such as what part of the tree it is cut from, the age of the tree, the climate of the area it was harvested from, the density of the wood, etc. As such, only the lightest pieces of Mahogany and Maple are used in the construction of the Goddess series of guitars and the Les Paul Vixen. Adding to the lightness is the fact that this is a “weight relieved” guitar. Like most modern Les Pauls, the Goddess has up to 9 weight relief holes drilled into strategic parts of the body, the purpose of which is to further lighten the overall weight of the guitar. These weight relief holes do not meaningfully affect the overall sound of the guitar, as they are strategically drilled in specific parts of the body. The body of the guitar also has a 2% reduction in overall size as compared to a Les Paul Standard. Adorning the body of the guitar is a single-ply top binding on the front of the body. The Les Paul Goddess comes in a variety of colors, including Rose Burst, Sky Burst, Ice Burst, Violet Burst, and Ebony.

Nicole, if you have any image editing software (Photoshop, Photopaint, etc.) just load the image and find the option to resample or resize.

If you right click on the picture you have and then click on "Edit Picture" you should be able to reduce the size, it needs to be no bigger than 64k to upload here!

Or you can host your picture at Photobucket which hosts all your pictures and you just post a link and you get some big pics on here then.
