learning materials for the novice

Can anyone recommend some learning materials (preferably 1 or 2 books) to become better using a keyboard? I've played guitar/bass for years but I'd like to be able to record some keyboard as well; the only trouble is my techniquie is non-existent. I'd like to at least be able to play simple two-handed stuff.
