Layla 3g or Firepod

Layla seems to have better specs but costs less? Which is the better device?
Anybody have an answer to this question based on experience or knowledge of both devices?

thanks for the lower price on layla, but any opinions about which I should get?
Does firepod or gina add more value to my home studio in the opinions of those of you who have worked with one or both of these tools?
