Laney AOR50 Pro Tube

I have downloaded some manuals for this amp, and it says there is supposed to be an EFFECTS LOOP on the back? Mine only has a LINE IN and LINE OUT.
Is the LINE IN for effects?? Can someone help me out?

That is the effects loop. It isn't a buffered effects loop like everyone uses now. It is a preamp out and power amp in type of effects loop.
