Labor Day Deals?

Anyone score anything good at GC's labor day sale today?

personally, i picked up a pair of Event ASP8's for $600.

yes, for the pair. that's less than the regular per-monitor price.



this was the same set of monitors that they wouldn't do for $900 on memorial day. needless to say, i was thrilled.

the wife didn't exactly share the same "thrilled" response, but her eyes sure got wide when i played her a recent mix on em. "this is one of yours?!?" that says it all.

initial reactions? these things are LOUD. REALLY FREAKING LOUD.


so now i've got a pair of m-audio sp5b's for sale. PM if interested.

Yeah I work at GC and I sold two kits today. One really nice Pearl Session kit and a Tama Superstar. Also Cymbals were blow out prices... We moved a TON of shit today for really really awesome prices.. Seriously the labor day sale is a great day to get out and buy some awesome gear...

BTW sorry guys if it seems like I am spamming my work here. My mom tells me to post on this forum all the time about sales but I try to keep it a minimum cuz I don't want you guys to have to deal with me bullshitting "OMG THIS IS ON SALE COME BUY IT FROM ME!!!!" all the time.

But seriously, today was a good day.
 
I picked up a Groove Tubes Brick for $199.99. Great deal!
