I think you've got a great voice. There's also a cool "lazy" sliding syllable thing in your style--works well. I think the recording technique needs some work (I know--you asked about your voice). I don't know if you've added reverb, or if it's the room--but there's a tight, nasally echo (both the guit & the vox) that makes it sound like a very small, bare room.
Forgive the nit, but your voice is good enough that the rest is really worth working--it'll help your singing shine!
