Korg D4 vs Korg PXR4 vs Roland BR-532

i'm new to digital recording and want to buy a handheld to master and practise with my guitar [with effect and drum machine].

i want to know any comments on the above three i'm thinking of.

i can get
1. D4 new at US$250
2. PXR4 new at US$275
3. BR-532 old at ebay

I am also curious, especially about the differences between the pxr4 and the d4. There doesn't seem to be many aside from the knobs and different number of effects...
