Kick drum mic comparison

The main two kick drum and Bass cab mics I've been looking at are the AKG D112 and Electro Voice ND868. However for more money I see the Electro Voice RE30 too.

What are the differences in these mics? Why would the RE30 be good for voice over's and kick drum? Does that mean that all bass drum mics are good for voice overs?
