So I am notorious for trading guitars, amps or whatever anyone brings over. Recently I acquired a "Mako" bass, the thing looks and feels a lot like a "Kramer." I'm just wondering if anyone has ever heard of them or has any info about when or where this thing may have come from. Like I said this bass is almost identical to a Kramer striker series bass, any info will be appreciated.

its a shark. with a long pointy face. big eyes. the best eye sight of all sharks. and the fastest if i do remember correctly...

seems to me that...its a bass...with strings....that plays....

"Mako guitars were made by the Kaman Music Co. in Japan from mid 70's until mid 80's."

OK, it's half-way through 2004, and you still don't know how to use Google? :D

Sure I know how to use Google, but the info both Google and you provided are the same and neither one tells me very much. Id really like to find someone who might own one or who has owned one in the past and might know if it's a keeper or if I should trade it off as soon as get a chance.
