I am just starting to build my home studio. I have an iMac with 2gb of RAM, 2ghz dual core processor, Yamaha Motif 6, M-audio fast track ultra, and pro tools and some studiophile av40 monitors....
i need a good mic for under 300$ for hip-hop and r and b vocals....i was looking for a mic that brings out more of the lows, some of the guys that would be recording have higher or kinda bright voices. i was leaning toward the m-audio luna II but i wanted to see your guys suggestions.
btw, i need the pre-amp to be m-audio because i have the m-powered pro tools
