I haven't tried it out yet. I have a question for anyone familier with this unit (or mic pres in general):
How do you know which way to set the polarity of this mic pre?

I'm not postive but I don't think it matters if your micing a single source, I think its for phase related issues. I know on my pre(MP2r) when I flip the polarity switch I don't hear any difference in sound.

Start with the "Pol Rev" switch/button in the OUT position (red light off)... and if or when you ever need to reverse the polarity... set the "Pol Rev" switch/button to the IN position (red light on).
