Well Im Feelin Kinda Good Bout My Self!

Did A Show Saturday (the Shortest Possible) For A Back To School Rally In The City.

Had Planned On Doin A 15 Minute Set - But When We Got There, The Sound Man Was Like "everybody Does 2 Songs"

So I Was Like . . . Cool - We Will Just Do 2.

Next Thing I Know, The Sound Man Is On The Stage Sayin, This Next Group Is A Christian Rap Group Adn . . . .

I Was Like - Oh Shit!!!

So, We Only Did 1 Song - And Tried To Switch Up The Words A Little Bit So It Sounded Like We Were "morally Astute" -

Just Couldnt Manage To Drop The Good Lord's Name In The Verse - Shkame Shame

Funny Thing, Though - Almost Embarassin, But When We Finished That First Song, We Got The Hell Out Of Dodge

I actually find it a funny story! The only live shows I have ever been part of, I was singing Gospel music. So I have never been on the other end of things, although I sing RnB Music too (Just no cursing of course....). I went to alive recording on Saturday that was straight comedy. The Soundman and the artsist almost went to blows over the sound system, because as we all know "Time is Money".......

no freestyles - just add libbed various lines nad did the lil jon hting: "what" every now n then!!!

Dude that's some funny ish right there! I would have had to let the crowd know that it was a mistake but I still respect the lord. Was the adrenaline pumping for you! I have the shakes for a few minutes(fight or flight syndrome) and I usually have to syke myself up before stepping on stage, Rock Star with Mark Wahlberg and 8 mile is the best representation of how I feel when I'm about to perform. I don't puke though.
 
i feel u - the more i do it - seems like the worse my shit gitz - the first time i did a show i was so fuckin relaxed uda thought i was on some strong ass weed. but for each show, i my nervous energy builds higher . . . though by the time i grab the mic - its gone - NOT TO SAY I DONT FUCK UP WHILE IM UP THERE -
