Guys, (and girls -- do girls read hr.com?)

anyway,

Just a quick update for you... i'm currently trying to get various "good with wood" family members to put together a console desk and some racking for me (as i'm away from home most of the time)

anyway... I've tried using various design software for what I want, and I really gotta say, i couldn't use any of them... until i lay my hands on Microsoft Visio.

I never thought i'd actually have a use for a microsoft product besides windows. (office when I have to) -- but, in all fairness, it's a great bit of software, and i'll be using it in layout designs for my studio!

In other news.... has anyone tried reading John Sayers Manual on a PDA (Pocket PC)? The formatting goes to hell and back -- now, i understand it wasn't designed for a PDA, but there are times (long train journeys) when you need something to read!

I am in the process of converting it to ebook format, which will probably have SAE written all over it (otherwise it's my ass on the line).

Would it be of any use to people? I mean, I don't mind doing it, just so I can keep it as a reference guide for myself, but if there are others who want it too, then it might motivate me a little more ;)

Anyway... Any opinions?
