Just a twippy flat!

I am using a Fostex mr16 and I don't know if I'm just getting old or my ears have been pounded to many times with monitor speakers but sometimes when I'm all done and I think I've really nailed it............I realized that I'm just a twippy flat. Do I really have to go back and sing it again or is there a magic way to fix it in editing.

Theres no editing or autotune available that will replace a quality performance, they can "fix" things, but theres no magic way that will make someone sing well
