Still not working for me.

A friend COULD access it, and now he cant either.

Very odd.

Anyone know who I can phone to complain too, or anyways I can fix it?

Works here......

You should call your ISP's tech support and see if they can reach it - they may have a DNS down or corrupt DNS Table....... if they can reach it, then you may have filtered it out on your browser, or set FW settings to disallow it.....
